INFORMATION CLAUSE
1. Administrator of Your personal data is Pałac Jugowice Sp. z o. o., located at ul. Główna 4,

2. Provision of personal data is not mandatory, however without provision of :
- Name
- Surname
- PESEL number
- License plate number
accommodation in the hotel will not be possible.
3. Legal basis for processing Your personal data is :
- the action of Your request to reserve hotel apartment/hotel/conference room
- before the conclusion of the agreement
- the agreement You have concluded with Pałac Jugowice Sp. z o. o.
- voluntary permission of personal data processing granted by You.
4. Your personal data is being processed exclusively for the purpose of implementation of the agreement and others, stated in the permission granted by You.
5. Your personal data:
- resulting from the conclusion of the rental agreement of hotel apartment/hotel/conference room will be stored for period during which claims relating to the agreement may appear, that is period of 1 year + 1 year from the end of the year in which the agreement has been terminated, 2 years is
- the longest limitation period possible.
- resulting from the permission granted by You will be processed until You direct objection. Objection will cause cessation of processing of Your data and its immediate deletion.
8. The Administrator shall not submit your personal data to third parties of any kind.
7.The Administrator is allowed to submit Your personal data to entities executing services on behalf of the Administrator, such as : accounting service, IT service, legal service, marketing service (in case of granting permission for marketing actions).
8. The Administrator does not intend to submit Your data to third countries and to international organisations.
9. You shall have right to request from the Administrator access to Your data, its correction, its transfer and deletion as well as the right to limit data processing. It can be achieved by contacting the inspector of personal data protection, Ms. Agnieszka Szmaj,

10. In connection with Your personal data being processed, You shall have the right to
file a complaint to a supervisory authority.
11. On the basis of Your personal data, the Administrator shall not make automated decision with regard to You, including decisions being a result of profiling.
