* If the cleaning service discovers sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item or furniture in the room that is damaged, stained with blood, hair color, ink, wine or other strongly colored substances, an additional fee may be imposed for washing or even replacing the item depending on the damage caused .

* Please respect the total smoking ban in the building. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas in front of the hotel entrances.
