For our chief cook is cooking more than work alone… it is his passion, a way of life. He loves to give the traditional Polish kitchen a modern, own twist. Next to this he is very enthusiastic about molecular kitchen, where science meets eating. He works together with several magazines, in which he shares his knowledge and the best recipes. Together with his fantastic team of cooks he creates a unique culinary experience in Restaurant Palac Jugowice.
Banquet
Besides the normal menu card we organize upon request banquets. In our restaurant or in our banquet hall we are capable of accommodating large or smaller groups of people, a marriage location where at the same time you can also dine with a large group of people, or are you looking for a location where you can have a closing dinner after a business conference? Then, with us, you are at the right address.
Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We cater for an elaborate buffet to start the day in the right way. The breakfast is served in our attractive restaurant with a view of the court yard and the garden. In case the rooms are not fully occupied we offer an a la carte breakfast.
Breakfast is served: Monday – Friday / 7.00 - 10.00 and Saturday – Sunday / 8.00 - 10.00
If requested we can serve your breakfast earlier in the restaurant or in your hotel room. Do you want and early start or if you have a long work day ahead of you, then we can also cater for a breakfast box.
